Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026 ยท National Loans USA is not a lender. How we make money.
This privacy policy explains what information National Loans USA (“we”, “us”) collects through NationalLoans.com (the “site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only. Other websites and companies you reach from here, including lenders, have their own privacy policies.
The short version
- We are not a lender. We publish guides, run a lender directory and offer a loan request form.
- The loan request form on our apply now page is provided by ZeroParallel, an outside lead network. What you enter there is sent to that network and shared with lenders and other partners in it. They may contact you by phone, email or text and may get your credit report. We may be paid when you send a request or are matched with a lender.
- Under some state privacy laws, that sharing may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can ask us to opt you out or delete your information at any time. See Your privacy choices.
- We use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies, to understand how people use the site.
- We don’t sell your information in any other way.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, when you contact us through our contact page or by email.
- Newsletter. Your email address, when you sign up for our newsletter. You’re only subscribed after you confirm your email address.
- Directory listings. If you submit a business to our lender directory, the business and contact details you provide. If you buy a paid listing package, payment is handled by the payment service used at checkout.
Information you enter in the loan request form
The loan request form is operated by ZeroParallel. Information you enter in it may include:
- Your name, date of birth, home address, phone number and email address
- Your bank’s name and state
- Your income and how often you’re paid
- How you rate your own credit
- How much you want to borrow and why
The form may also ask for more sensitive details, such as your Social Security number or bank account information, so lenders can review your request. The next section explains where this information goes.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting servers record technical details when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (based on your IP address), device and browser. Google provides us with reports, not your name.
How the loan request form shares your information
Please read this section before you use the loan request form.
- When you send the form, your information goes to ZeroParallel’s lead network. The network shares it with lenders and other partners in its network so they can decide whether to make you an offer.
- Lenders and partners who receive your request may contact you by phone, email or text, including by automated calls or texts, as described in the consent language on the form.
- Lenders may get your credit report from a credit bureau. This may affect your credit score, depending on the type of credit check.
- We may be paid when you send a request or are matched with a lender. We may receive reports from the network about requests so that we can be paid.
- Once a lender or partner receives your information, its own privacy policy applies to how it uses that information. Lenders are financial institutions, and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) requires them to give you a privacy notice and to protect your financial information.
- The form may also show its own terms and privacy notice from ZeroParallel. Please read them before you submit.
Sending a request doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get an offer. We don’t decide who gets a loan or on what terms.
How we use information
- To run, maintain and secure the site
- To answer your questions and correction requests
- To send our newsletter if you signed up for it
- To manage directory listings and paid listing packages
- To pass loan requests to the lead network, as described above, and to track what we’re paid
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve our guides
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law
Who we share information with
- The lead network and its lenders and partners, for information you enter in the loan request form, as described above.
- Service providers that help us run the site, such as our web host, our email and newsletter service, and Google Analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us, or as their own terms allow.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business changes. If the site or its business is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that deal. This policy would still apply to it.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services in Google’s explanation.
Our site doesn’t currently change how it works in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. See the next section for Global Privacy Control.
The loan request form and other outside services on the site may set their own cookies. Their privacy policies apply to those cookies. If we add other analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.
Your privacy choices: do not sell or share my personal information
Several US state privacy laws define “sale” and “sharing” of personal information broadly. Sending your loan request to a lead network and its lenders, for which we may be paid, may count as a sale or sharing under those laws. You have choices.
Opt out of sale or sharing
Email info@nationalloans.com with the subject line “Do not sell or share my personal information”. Include the name, email address and phone number you used, so we can find your information. We will stop any further sale or sharing of information we hold, and we will pass your request on to the lead network where we can.
Our site does not currently detect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, email us as described in this section and we will process your request.
Ask us to delete your information
Email info@nationalloans.com with the subject line “Delete my information” and the same details. We will delete information we hold about you, unless the law lets or requires us to keep it.
Lenders that already have your information
Our opt-out and deletion process can’t pull back information that a lender or partner already received. If a lender or partner has contacted you, ask that company directly to stop contacting you, to opt you out and to delete your information. You can also contact ZeroParallel about information held in its network.
Stop calls, texts and emails
- You can reply STOP to a text message from a lender or partner.
- You can tell a caller to stop calling you and to put you on its internal do-not-call list.
- You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
- You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us.
California privacy rights (CCPA and CPRA)
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you the rights below, to the extent the law applies to us.
Information we collected in the past 12 months
| Category | Examples | Disclosed to |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, postal address, phone number, IP address, cookie IDs | Lead network and its lenders and partners (form only); service providers |
| Personal records (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.80(e)) | Bank name; bank account details if the form asks for them | Lead network and its lenders and partners |
| Characteristics of protected classifications | Age or date of birth | Lead network and its lenders and partners |
| Commercial and financial information | Income, pay frequency, self-rated credit, loan amount and purpose | Lead network and its lenders and partners |
| Internet activity | Pages viewed, referring page, browser and device details | Service providers, including Google Analytics and our web host |
| Approximate location | General location based on IP address | Service providers, including Google Analytics |
| Sensitive personal information | Social Security number and bank account number, if the form asks for them | Lead network and its lenders and partners |
We get this information from you, from your browser or device, and from the analytics and lead network services we use. We use it for the purposes listed in “How we use information” above. Information entered in the loan request form may be sold or shared, as explained above. We don’t knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your California rights
- Right to know. You can ask what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we disclosed it to, and ask for a copy.
- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, with some legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. See Your privacy choices.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. You can ask that sensitive information, such as a Social Security or bank account number, be used only for the purposes the law allows.
- Right to non-discrimination. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
How to use your rights
Email info@nationalloans.com and tell us which right you want to use. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by confirming details you gave us. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they show us your written permission, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and the law allows up to 45 more days.
Because the loan request form is operated by ZeroParallel, much of the information you enter there may be held by that network and its lenders rather than by us. We will act on any information we hold, and you may also need to contact the network and any lender that received your information.
Privacy rights in other states
A growing number of states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon, have their own privacy laws. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and get a copy
- Correct or delete it
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information, targeted advertising and certain kinds of profiling
To make a request, email info@nationalloans.com. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with “Appeal” in the subject line. If you’re not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to use the loan request form. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, such as an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the site. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be accessed without permission. Only enter sensitive information on pages you trust, and check that the address starts with https.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. For example, we keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe, and we keep messages you send us for as long as we need them to answer and keep records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. Lenders and partners that received your loan request keep information according to their own policies and legal duties.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including lender websites, directory listings and government sites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their privacy practices. Read the privacy policy of any site before you give it your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a major change to how we share personal information, we will post a clear notice on the site.
